Whenever I start a new web project I like to begin with a statement of purpose. Since I’m in my third week of posting, I figured its high time to explain what exactly I’m trying to do here.
My simple goal is to keep track of interesting or pretty things that I come across day to day. Particularly, I am trying to post things that aren’t well documented online —especially poetry and music —or for those things that I do post that are digital in origin I am trying to highlight them in new ways.
I will try and avoid posting things that I have created to this space. You can find my personal work elsewhere. Instead, think of this as a curated space; a museum that rotates its collection daily.
As for structure, I have a basic plan (below) that informs how I choose what and when I post. Of course it is subject to change, but I plan on keeping true to this for the next couple of months. The only upcoming exception is the week that I am planning on posting only boxing related articles.
